What HRStack.ai is
HRStack.ai is an HR technology research and selection platform that helps HR and procurement teams make more structured, defensible buying decisions. It provides two distinct product paths: HRKit, a curated directory of0+ HR technology products browsable by category; and Fit Engine, a diagnostic-led HRMS selection path that converts organisational context into weighted vendor requirements. When a Fit Engine buyer needs deeper support, that same path extends into advisory across selection and implementation.
The platform is designed for mid-market organisations, typically 500 to 2500 employees, led by HR leaders, CHROs, HR tech specialists, founders, and CEOs who find that existing options are either vendor-influenced, context-free, or too slow for the pace of a real buying decision.
The operating model is intentionally lean but credible: independent vendor research, transparent selection logic, buyer-side challenge, and practical awareness of governance, rollout, and cross-border implementation complexity.

Three independent services. Engage any one, any combination, any order.
Advisory is structured around three independent services. HR Tech Diagnostics (PRISEM, 4–8 wks) gives you an evidence-based view of your current state. System Evaluation & Selection (FORGE, 8–16 wks) takes you through procurement vendor-agnostically. Implementation Advisory (GUIDE, retainer) sits on your side of the table during the implementation. Advisory is independent of HRKit and only enters Fit Engine after the free self-diagnostic and discovery call.

We do not take commissions for rankings or shortlist placement. The buyer path is meant to stay defensible even when vendor pressure increases.
